1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using DsgnBoost (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms do not limit consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
2. The Service
DsgnBoost provides a curated directory of design tools and a daily digest of design and creative-industry updates. The App is provided for personal, informational use. It does not provide professional, legal, financial, or other regulated advice.
3. Account and Sign in with Apple
An account created through Sign in with Apple is required to use DsgnBoost. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the Apple ID used to access the App and for activity that occurs through your account. You may delete your account at any time in Settings > Delete Account.
4. Your Licence to Use the App
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App. DsgnBoost, its design, software, branding, and original content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
5. Content and Third-Party Links
DsgnBoost curates and summarizes material from third-party sources and links to their original pages. Third-party content, products, websites, availability, and privacy practices are controlled by their respective owners. A listing or link is not an endorsement, guarantee, partnership, or recommendation. You should review third-party terms before using their services.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the App or its backend services. This includes attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with service operation, reverse engineering except where applicable law permits it, scraping or systematically extracting the App’s content, or using the App in violation of law or another person’s rights.
7. Feedback
If you send suggestions or feedback, you allow us to use it without compensation or obligation to you. Please do not include confidential or sensitive information in feedback messages.
8. Availability and Changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, sources, and content at any time. We do not guarantee that the App, any daily digest, or any third-party link will always be available, complete, accurate, or uninterrupted.
9. Disclaimers and Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for third-party websites or for decisions you make based on content in the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Termination
You may stop using DsgnBoost and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, the service is at risk, or we are required to do so by law.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms as the App evolves. We will post the updated version and change the "Last updated" date. By continuing to use the App after the revised Terms take effect, you agree to them.
